“Switching to Palm dentistry 2 years ago was a wonderful decision. Everytime I've been it's been a pleasure speaking with the hygienist and either Dr. Palm or Dr. Landry. This time was my first time in the new building and it's beautiful and a much deserved upgrade for the staff there!

I had Morgan as my hygienist today and she was fantastic. Great conversation and she was able to answer any questions I had about some bite sensitivity. Dr Landry was my dentist today and she's easy to talk to and always smiling. She came in and confirmed what Morgan had told me and gave me some tips on what toothpaste to switch to and some changes to make to my brushing techniques.

All in all would highly recommend Palm. All my visits over the last 2 years have been excellent and Dr Palm fixed an aesthetic issue in my front tooth last year that still looks and feels great.“

“The Most Comprehensive Dental Care I’ve ever experienced! Your first visit here..they will take the time to assess everything to ensure that the foundation of your teeth can sustain any dental work they do. You’re not going to go in to just get a cavity filled or whatever. They use modern devices to see every aspect of your teeth.. bone, root, gums and enamel. They then build you a treatment plan based around building a good foundation to get and keep your teeth and gums healthy so you can actually keep your teeth longer! The staff is so personable, kind, and knowledgeable! I knew it would be hard to pay for the foundational care that I really needed, but they really wanted to help me. They took the time to research payment plan options like “Cherry” that would allow me to make payments so that i could get started right away. The reason why I had to put it off for so long before was because my insurance only paid so much and I just couldn’t afford it, so I had to put things off for another year. Because they took the time to find ways to help me finance so I could get started right away, my dental work and care so far has been top-notch and I am finally getting my confidence back to smile 😃 again without feeling like I have to cover my mouth! They are awesome!!“

“After going to two other well-known pediatric dental offices and getting quotes anywhere from $3,500-$5,000, I left feeling absolutely sick over it. Every office basically said the same thing needed to be done, but the pricing differences were shocking.

Then we went to see Dr. Ripple at Smile Stars Pediatric Dentistry and the experience was completely different from the second we walked in. With over 40 years of experience, he was honest, realistic, and didn’t make me feel pressured or scared into doing unnecessary work. He explained what truly needed to be done right now versus what could wait, instead of putting my 6 year old daughter through a ton of emotional and physical trauma all at once.

Another huge thing for me was that we were allowed to go back into the treatment room with her. As a parent, that mattered more than they probably realize.

Honestly, even if Dr. Ripple would’ve only came in $1,000 less than the other quotes, I still would’ve gone with him because I trusted him that much. It honestly makes you wonder how sneaky the dental field can feel sometimes because there is no reason one quote should be thousands more than what was actually needed.

My kids have dental anxiety on top of regular anxiety, so our visits can be stressful. Brandy is always wonderfully patient with them, and works with us to find a way to make those especially difficult procedures work. It’s obviously that she genuinely cares about her patients.“
