I brought my truck in today to have the battery checked. Service advisor, Meredith, checked me in & advised that they were a bit behind; maybe hour and a half. She provided excellent customer service and when the problem was found, she came & explained the charges. When I told her that I had purchased a battery from them previously, she checked the warranty and it was still under warranty. She came back with new quote and I was out of there in no time. Service was great. She was very courteous and thanked me for choosing them for my vehicle needs!

They started to work on my vehicle at appointment time and got my business finished in a timely fashion. Was well informed as to the progress of the work while I waited. Waiting was comfortable.
