Britt is very friendly and knowledgeable, gave excellent communication on arrival time, diagnosis of the problem with my water heater, and provided repair vs replacement pricing so I could make an informed choice. I would definitely call him/Brotherhood for any plumbing needs in the future!
We have been dealing with an issue of debris backing up into our shower, tub, and toilet overflowing for nine years. We have gone through at least seven different plumbing companies trying to diagnose the issue. Brett with Brotherhood plumbing went above and beyond to find the issue and solved it. It is worth the price and service any day. We are beyond grateful to Brett and Mason with Brotherhood Plumbing.
Fantastic service - we had a number of issues that needed to be addressed and Andrew (our BrotherHood Plumber) identified all of the issues and took care of everything in a timely manner. He explained everything and showed us why things needed to be repaired or replaced and was exceedingly thorough. I would not hesitate to call Brotherhood again for any of my plumbing needs.
