I've been going to Matt for a long time. He's one of the few barbers in the city you can trust to consistently do a good job on a men's haircut for all age groups. Not only does he listen to your request, he also gives good guidance on how to make the haircut look better.

Matt listened to both me and my daughter about our hair. Cut it exactly how we asked. Gave us great advice for moderately curly hair. Very, very nice person. 10/10 will be returning.
Requested style: We both have very long hair and he wasn’t bugging us to cut it short.
Hair type: He knows curly hair.

I had long hair way past the middle of my back that I hadn't cut but to trim (and not even that alot) it was thick heavy and being a sahm with the same routine I wanted a change. I had no idea where to begin but I saw this place and called hoping I could be seen before I had cold feet. Matt was booked but called me back and said he could squeeze me in! Thank goodness. He did not dissapoint!! He did such an amazing job on my hair and I felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time!! Truly a nice man and his family were sweet as well. I feel like a new person with my haircut and full of confidence! Definitely recommend!

Matt is a hair artist. He is the best there is in Louisiana. I left Baton Rouge about a year ago, I’ve been to several salons and no one has been able to cut my hair like Matt did. You are THE best Matt. Hope to see you again!Service: Haircut
