They never call back and won't send someone to check a broken jacuzzi that THEY installed!
My husband and I waited one hour and 30 minutes for the designer to come so they could give us a quote. No one came. I called several times. Robert told me that David was supposed to be coming and that he would contact him and call me back. NO ONE EVER contacted me or came. Must not need my business and BAD BUSINESS on their part. Will not use.
Wish there were minus signs b/c they would deserve 5 minus. This company is the worst. You will never be able to get anyone to return your calls when there is a problem. No one speaks English on the job. When your equipment breaks(which will occur about one year after pool is installed), no one knows how to work on the equipment. Wish I had a warning before I hired them.
