I should’ve looked at the reviews before going here because Rachel made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and insinuated I was faking symptoms and just there for a doctor excuse. She laughed sarcastically multiple times and was so condescending when I was telling her my symptoms. Very unprofessional. I paid $80 for the visit just to be talked down to and made to feel like I was wasting her time.

My son went here and they told him his insurance would cover the visit. 1 year later I receive a bill. They are not in network with my insurance. They did NOT verify insurance benefits. Had they done this my son would have went to a in network facility. Will never use this clinic again.

I had a very good experience here! Everyone was extremely nice and caring. I have a bit of medical anxiety but they were super helpful and addressed my medical needs, while also helping easy my anxiety. Would highly recommend!!

The staff felt dismissive and in a hurry to get me out of there. They said they'd call in a prescription, but I waited at the pharmacy for 30 minutes to find out it was never called in. Medical care shouldn't feel like it has the same importance as a fast food joint. They need to take their jobs much more seriously at this place.

I had the most wonderful experience here! I came in with a 102 fever and was helped very quickly. Jennifer at the front desk was very sweet and helped me bring my bill from 200 to 30 dollars! As soon as I was inside Rachel helped me very quickly, tested me, and gave me the medicine I needed. Felt like a train wreck but these ladies were so kind and quick, I felt right at home. Will definitely come again if I ever have the need to !

Will never go here again. Rachel shouldn’t even be a nurse practitioner if she isn’t gonna care to help people’s needs, why work somewhere that’s dedicated to help others when you have no kind of care for anyone? She was very dismissive of what I was trying to tell her and sounded like she barely knew what she was doing. She needs to be fired.

Rachel was the worst provider I ever seen in my life. For one, I had a fever of 104 when I went to bed the night before. I have never had a fever that high, so I was concerned. She was very dismissive and unfriendly. The look on her face said she didn’t want to be there and she was acting like I had no reason to be there either. She told me that she would send a prescription in for me, but she never did. Nurse and tech were nice at least… but I’m still not returning and would not recommend to anyone.

I've been to this clinic several times in the past and have had good experiences, but today was much different. The young lady at the front desk was extremely nice and polite but the doctor that saw me today named Rachel was very dismissive and unfriendly. She lied in my after visit summary notes saying that I didn't have a history of recurring UTIs when I clearly told her and the nurse that I do have a lengthy history of UTIs. My symptoms started this morning but she put in my after visit notes that i said my symptoms started at 3:30 pm which is false. My body also tends to take at least a day to respond to antibiotics/painkillers so I asked for a work excuse for tomorrow but they refused to give me one. I work as a dog caretaker at an animal shelter so my body needs to be at 100% to do my job safely and efficiently. She also sent my antibiotics to the wrong pharmacy. Overall my experience today was not great and I will not be returning to this clinic.
