Everything! I had a busted pipe in my slab, and Mr. Terry came out and ran the testing on my waterlines to diagnose the problem. He worked with my insurance company and let them know what happened , which was a lightning strike and the plan to reroute my plumbing lines in the wall. His rerouting team got right on it in the coming days and had my hot water running again. This company is a jewel! The team was always professional, kind knowledgeable . They always strived to make very little mess and worked as team to take care of my home like it was theirs. We had been struggling with very low to no water pressure after our water line was replaced. Several people had come out, but no one could fix it, until Seth from American Plumbing arrived.
He was extremely helpful, professional, and really took the time to listen to the issues we were having. Seth checked everything, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and made sure I understood what he was doing.
