Went in for one braid on the side. Asked for them to braid down like a corn row, and they did not do it. They just braided it out and now the braid puffs out rather than falls flat. I think the language barrier may be the issue.

Guyyys, if you're looking for quick, friendly, no 10 page rules and regulation service... GO HERE! I called at 8:30 by 8:40 I was there. They started on my hair immediately. And I was done at 1:45! These people do not play and you can just see in their work ethic they are all about teamwork. I got knotless braids and for the length, the price was not bad at alll! I have gotten my hair braided here , a lot relatives as well . I normally don’t leave reviews , but I decided to this time . I just got my hair done 4/9/22 & today is Good Friday, exactly six days later & six braids came out already . The owners is very professional and welcoming to her customers . But , the wait is ridiculous, I don’t feel she should take walk ins , only appointments & keep track of the person name they’re giving the appointment to . My hair is extremely tight , I couldn’t allow her to style it , bc it was so tight . She caught every string of hair , left nothing around the edges , made me look like I had no edges , basically bald... read full review
