My experience have always been pleasant. I’m always in and out in a timely manner, my first time going was about 3 years ago and I usually deal with Carol, her work is neat and she’s very professional.
I’ve been here 3x. I’ve always loved my hair. but this is definitely a place where you will need patience. They tell everyone to come for 8am. and all their braiders don’t show up until 10am. you may be waiting for some time. Also, it takes them at least an hour to an hour and a half to even start braiding once you get in the chair due to them prepping the hair. If you’re getting long small knotless, you’ll probably be there for 12 hours unless you get lucky and have 2 ppl in your head ( that’s only happened to me once). every other time it was one person bc they’re usually busy.
