I had the pleasure of meeting valery unexpectedly; due to the fact that I had my brows tint and waxed; however, the job was not satisfactory. I came in for a full highlight and lowlight with cut and blowout. Julia J was phenomenal. She gave me the most beautifully blended highlights! She was very knowledgeable on the entire process and explained to me all the steps she was taking throughout. I could not be more happy with my hair!!!!
