We were using Voip phones with 8x8 for the past 3 years and had many difficulties with the phones and getting the support we needed to resolve our issues. Just got set up with Turner Teleco and have been very impressed with the whole process. The transition was perfect. The staff has been perfect. So thankful we went with a local company.

Turner Teleco - Alexandria maintains our phone services, servers, network and workstations. Their response time is awesome and repairs are completed timely. Best of all, they are proactive when dealing with software and equipment issues. Software updates are monitored and implemented when appropriate and hardware monitoring lets us know when repairs or replacements need to be made prior to failure. I would highly recommend them!
