I just recently moved to the area and came here on the recommendation of a new friend who's local. He said this place was the best and he wasn't lying. Without an appointment, I arrived as a walk in and watched some TV on one of the 3 or 4 screens they had up on the wall. It was a Tuesday afternoon so the wait wasn't long. After a bit, Angie was available and sat me in her chair. I'd walked in with my hair grown out a couple feet long and walked out with a fantastic fade. Angie was friendly, professional, and FAST. I will definitely be a regular here and recommend you to too.

Excellent Barber Shop. Friendly, professional shop. They “barber” well and I knew instantly that I was in good hands.

I followed my hair stylist there from another shop that seemed not the same after one of the main owners passed. I’m glad to have found a hairstylist, and that they moved to this shop. It has the family atmosphere that is missing from the other shop. No hard feelings, I hope the old shop gets back to its roots, before it alienates its client base.

Last time I was there, got such a bad hair cut I have not had it cut since. Why are the barber schools here in Alex. not teaching students how to do a balanced cut?

Stopped in for a razor fade. Not many places take walk-ins anymore and they were all for it. I'm always hesitant to ask for a razor fade due to disappointment. Here's where it gets good. Not only did she nail the details (hot towel, how high to fade) she went against the grain for a legit close fade! And I can't get a cut half as good for the price back home (TX). Worth the stop. Now have a go-to if I'm ever in town again.
