Remedy Staff Tevin is a bad staff. He assigned me to a job without setting up my pay & allowed me to work on my first day with my identity wrong. The staff didn’t care to answer the phone to help me they forward & blocked out my calls. I got paid for the day I worked but couldn’t get my own money & their staff did not care to resolve the problem

Very unprofessional , they sent me to an establishment & once I was hired they didn’t tell me anything about a pay card I was supposed to receive once I was hired … I still haven’t received my first check , it’s going on a month & some weeks! No one is worried about it that I’ve talked to so far , they just kind of brush me off when I do call ?

Ok I don't know if this only happened to me but I feel I need to share this because businesses like these should atone for their actions. So I went in to find a job, of course. There's two people ahead of me so I wait for my turn. As the "receptionist" greets the first person, she has a calm and cool voice.l and greets with a warm "hi can I help you". Their business concludes, and the next person gets called. Again with a cool and calm voice the lady asks her the same as the last guy. At this point, I'm really excited to talk to her because I feel like my chances are good for finding employment. So it's my turn to talk to the receptionist. I wait a few seconds for the same, warm hello as the other people in front of me. Nothing. So I say Hi how are you. To my dismay, she rolls her eyes and muttered but one word:"yes?" I am confused by this but proceed to ask for an application, whilst minding my pleases and thank you's. I'd been in there before but with different receptionists so I kind of knew I needed two forms of ID. I was expecting her to ask for my ids but what came out of her mouth was: "two id's" At this point, I'm getting a little aggravated but I hand her my identification. She says "I can't take these, they don't match" (drivers license and social security card) I go to reach for them to see what she's talking about and she shoves them in my hand. I say' "what are you talking about, these match" she says "no they don't" I look at my documents and while I'm doing so she says in a lower voice," your social security card only has your middle initial. Your drivers license has your complete middle name" At this point I get pretty mad. I've lived with those documents for 20-something years and never had that problem until now. So I ask her if she really can't take them because of it. She gets a really off putting attitude and says "well I'll take them but you NEED to change that" I fill out the application and do all the necessary steps. All the while getting attitude from this receptionist that is even apparent to the people sitting next to me. I finish the whole process and am walking towards the door and wish her a nice day. "FUCKING SPIC" are the very next words that came out of her mouth. I want so bad to do and say what is on my mind but I know it will bar my employment eligibility so instead I come here and save other Hispanic job seekers the pain and humiliation of having to deal with this "person" I believe strongly that she has been sabotaging my work eligibility because part of the process to get a job with them is to interview with a recruiter. The recruiter said I had a very high chance of landing a job. So I know she has something to do with them not calling me for a job. I am Mexican if any of you are wondering.
