Just looking and taking in my options. Josh Bumgardner has been helping me and is excellent. The best cars salesman I've met so far. Extremely nice treats you like a human on an equal level and isn't trying to rack me for money. Told him I wasn't leaving the lot in a new car today and he has helped me above and beyond as if I put money in hand already. Will be back to trade in the near future and couldn't recommend this location and specifically ask for Josh when you come in for grade A service!

Excellent excellent excellent! I've had the best customer service experience with everyone I've come into contact with at Giles but especially my service advisor, Jennifer. I've had meltdowns over an issue with my car recently and she has been like a comforting friend helping me walk through the issue and making sure I knew it would be taken care of. I can't imagine how I would have navigated this situation without her. She's amazing in every way possible.
I also have to give a big shout out to Chad in sales as well as the finance team. I've gone back and forth for over a year considering trading my car in for a new one.... read full review
