Garrett was wonderful! He explained everything he did in detail. He was very professional and thorough in determining what we needed to do. We will be getting a new central air conditioning system. Our is 30 plus years old so it’s time to replace it.
Received an estimate for an HVAC system upgrade/replacement that came in $5k less than a local competitor. Great techs that showed up early and got right to work. Replaced our inside/outside units and installed new insulation in the attic. I didn’t realize how poorly the previous system had been installed until I saw the new system put in. It was outstanding, professional grade craftsmanship! We will definitely be using Bigfoot for our future projects!
A Godsend! Thursday night before the Friday everyone was taking for the 4th of July, my AC kaputs (sob). Called Friday morning and was told a tech would be here within an hour. Less than 30 minutes later got a text that Hunter was on the way! After I described how it stopped cooling, etc., he nodded knowingly (he knows his stuff). After investigating, sure enough he was right. Had the old capacitor off and new one on in minutes. Checked the rest of the system and made sure everything was good. So friendly.
