My fur babies loved it. Apparently they were bad. They said my pets were great and well behaved, but when I left them, I asked how much I needed to bring for the cash price, because they prefer cash, and when I picked them up, the girl told me substantially higher, so I had to use a card instead of the cash I grabbed for them.

They took such good care of Oreo. He was scared when he got there because it was his first time. The guy that came to get him sat down on the floor with him and made friends with him before taking him back. Highly recommend. Staff are wonderful.

Left my dogs here for 3 days and when I picked them up, one of my dogs was limping and looked traumatized, which is pretty out of character for him. Seemed like an alright shelter, but I will not be bringing them back
Great bath & nail trim for my dog. All staff members were very friendly and helped answer my questions. Everything was prompt and fairly priced. We'll be back again soon!

This is a great place to safely leave your Pet And they will care for you and beloved pet in a homelike atmosphere. I have been using their service often to house my Dog Max. They are cooperative and take loving care of your pet for whatever services you need. Their housing is meticulous and no smells. My German Shepherd is over 100 lbs and only 1.5 years old and loves going there. This Spa has been in service many years in this area. I give it a 5 star rating!!!! Jackie Maxwell Wood

We used them twice for weekend stays. I'm giving the stars for the staff (young lady at the desk is very pleasant and friendly) and the proximity to my home.Not sure what the issue is in this town but improvements are needed in customer service. Both stays, we were charged an extra day and there's no explanation. Was told that if drop off is in the evening, there is no charge for that day. So therefore one would think that boarding charges are per night...so for a weekend stay...charges should be for Friday night and Saturday night for a evening pick up on Sunday. We were charged for 3 days. If charging per day then Fri to Sat is one day, then Sat to Sun is day 2....correct? This is common sense math. Not sure why or how they charged for an additional day.When asked for an explanation, staff was unable to explain it...and said the owners would call....well it's not day 3 after pick up and no call. At this point, it's fine....we will just not use this place again but you should consider either making your pricing system more understandable and re-educate your staff on the policy or stop ripping people off.
