Dace and Glenn installed my new heatpump system today. They were very knowledgeable and professional with my installation. We ended up with a problem at the end and had c to call in an electrician to fix the problem but they stayed to the end and got me up and running and verified the system was working properly.
I had a new AC put in by Southern Air. It was a great experience and would recommend them to anyone. The guys are very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. The installation was completed ahead of schedule,my questions all answered and the guys were very nice and respectful.They worked very well together and made a great team. I would give them 100 %recommendation. I am very pleased with Southern Air.
Aiden came to do a scheduled maintenance on my units. He had serviced my air conditioners before and was very good. My dogs remembered him and got their rubs from him. Aiden is a very nice young man, very courteous, and appears very knowledgeable of my units. Southern Air of Northshore has provided excellent care of my units because of the knowledgeable, experienced, and courteous staff working for them.
