Based on the age and condition of our ducts we had been notified well in advance of the need for replacement this allowed us to budget for the work and have it performed during the mild weather months. The technician was right on time and did a great through inspection. I told them about some condensation that was accumulating on the inside unit that the technician was about identify the problem and fix. I was very happy with the service.
