Jackie is truly incredibly and so knowledgeable; I’ve never had a better experience getting my hair cut. I told her roughly what I wanted for my hair and, when I asked for input, she carefully suggested how we could adapt my ideas to my bone structure and features (with my clothing style in mind). She was so understanding and sensitive around how tender it was for me to cut almost a foot of my hair off—I could not feel more content and grateful! I am obsessed with my new hair.

I have gone to Tres Chic Salon since I was probably 12 years old, my mom used to bring me to get my haircuts and highlights done there, and I have never been dissatisfied. The owner Kristen is absolutely amazing at what she does!My hair is naturally brown, with a slight reddish tint in certain lighting. Although I loved my brown hair, I really wanted to make a small change to my look by putting in more of a reddish tone that looks subtle, natural, but still noticeable. Such as my Pinterest reference photo!So, I went to Tres chic about a month and half ago, give or take, and Kristen tried balayage on me! She went with a lighter toned red, and although I did like the look, by two weeks later, all the red washed out and I had blonde/caramel streaks where the red used to be..I called Kristen up and she was so generous and understanding, willing to try again to get the look I wanted!After we tried it again, going darker, I’m not going to lie, my hair was RED and it freaked me out a little haha, but now, 2-3 weeks later, my hair is the perfect color, exactly what I wanted.I’m so thankful to Kristen! She was very kind, understanding, and caring about the look I wanted! While getting my hair done she offered me waters, neck rests, and even showed me a pallet of hair colors that I liked so she could do her job better!Overall, I would strongly recommend this salon to everyone!
