I brought my 2 girls to get their nails done before vacation. When they STARTED on their nails (not when we arrived) I asked how long it would take and she said 30-35 minutes. Over 2 hours later they were still not done. We would not have stayed if we knew it was going to take this long from start to finish.Service: Acrylic nails

Shop is always clean, even more important now with Covid. The staff always friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to give you want you want. Been a customer with Linda and Billy since 1994

Billy and Linda have always been so helpful and welcoming when I come to have my nails done. They both do excellent work. BUT, yesterday when I went to have my nails done , I was very disappointed with the lady who checked me out. I was low on cash and paid a portion of my bill with change ($4 in quarters). The lady checking me out was very rude and expressed her dissatisfaction with my payment by stating “Wow” very rudely whenever I placed the quarters on the counter. I felt very belittled!!! Before I walked out, I calmly stated to her that it all spends the same. I suggest that as owners, you express that polite customer service means a lot. I’m considering taking...read full review
