My heating and coolant unit messed up and I had no air I called and talked to Dan and they showed up super fast and thank goodness it was fixed in the same day!! Very nice, very friendly and very reliable

Have to put a one star cause there's no -0 we were told that the heat pump had a pin hole in the radiator and couldnt be fixed had to be replaced numerous calls and text and I have all of the proof but in October came and took out our 3 TON HEAT PUMP AND REPLACED IT WITH A SMALL 1 AND HALF TON IT DIDNT WORK DIDNT KEEP MY HOME WARM SO IN NOVEMBER HERE THEY CAME AGAIN AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS AND TEXT WHICH I STILL HAVE PROOF THEY FINALLY CAME OUT AND PUT IN ANOTHER BIGGER UNIT WHICH WE HAD TO PAY 500 DOLLARS WHICH HE LET US PAY IN PAYMENTS NOT TO MENTION HE CASHED THE LAST CHECK TWICE BY DOING A MOBILE DEPOSIT THROUGH HIS BANK THEN TOOK THE LEGIT CHECK AND CASHED IT AT ANOTHER BANKWHICH IS FRAUD THATS WHAT THE LADY AT THE BANK TOLD US BUT TO GO ON NUMEROUS CALLS AND TEXT AGAIN WONT ANSWER THE PHONE STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL I COULD SAY LONG STORY SHORT BUT IM NOT GOING TOO HE LIED HEAT PUMP DOESNT STOP RUNNING AND THE REASON BEING IS WE WERE TOLD BY THE BOYS HE SENT HERE ON THANKSGIVING NIGHT THAT IT WAS THE RIGHT SIZE UNIT WELL NOPE IT ISNT ITS A 2 TON NOT A 3 TON LIKE WE WERE TOLD SO OUR ELECTRIC BILL IS OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH CAUSE IT RUNS CONSTANTLY AND THE AIR IS A JOKE WE HAVE IT SET ON 72 AND IT READS 80s ON A HOT DAY INSIDE OUR HOME SO SINCE OCTOBER OF LAST YEAR WE HAVE BEEN LIED TO AND NOT TO MENTION THE FRAUDULENT OF CASHING A CHECK TWICE AND UNANSWERED CALLS AND TEXT SINCE FINDING OUT WE WERE LIED TO OVER THE SIZE OF THE UNIT BUT THIS LADIES AND GENTLEMEN IS SUPPOSE TO BE A CHRISTIAN WELL I REALLY CANT SEE HOW YOU CALL YOURSELF A CHRISTIAN AND DO PEOPLE THIS WAY SO NOW WERE LEFT WITH NO OPTION BUT TO GET A LAWYER WE TRIED OUR BEST TO GIVE THIS GUY A BENIFIT OF A DOUBT AND THE DOUBT HAS LED US HERE SO MR. I'm only giving one star bc there's no option for zero. This company was referred to us by Phillip through HomeServe for heatpump problem during extreme cold. Told it was not fixable and needed to be replaced. Spoke to Timothy of this company and he talked a good game, recommending he'd take down two non-working gas wall units, and cap the pipes to make safe and install a new gas wall unit so at least there'd be heat while trying to figure out the heatpump replacement for the sum of $600. Sent the money via cashapp as he wanted and when workers came out they did no work whatsoever because they brought the wrong type of wall unit! Then, we gave them another chance to do the work and was told they were on there way and we waited all day and they never showed and later when asked for an update said they were still coming, but then told they're working out of state! We then canceled their service and told them to not come out anymore and to refund my $600. That's when started getting excuses and runaround. Acted like the money was refunded but then suddenly they canceled it. Still trying to get my money back! If they do not refund soon, I would gladly be part of a class action suit because it appears from HomeServe down, they're all connected.........oh BTW, another HVAC came out and fixed the heatpump in about 2 minutes! It was all lies when Phillip said it was unfixable. Update: refund done.

Outstanding experience! We do have a homeserve warranty contract, and we were very pleased (communication and service was simply the best it could be). They went above and beyond to make sure our air conditioning was repaired the same day. We highly recommend this company! Ten stars!!

Came to my home month ago charged me 390.00 out of my pocket said I needed a coil i still had no AC he never came back for a month I contacted someone else who came put more freon in my heat pump then i had AC dan sent a guy named Phillip out to put it in the coil now I have no AC and he wont call back or message back even though I let him know... my heat pump runs constantly now and wont turn off if I set my AC on 68 then it freezes up. I think everyone he has ripped off like this should get together and file a law suit
