Hancock is going to be my first call if I’m ever unlucky enough to experience another sewer issue. They were able to come out the same day I called (sooner than the initial promise of the next morning) and their experience showed. They were able to find an access point in the yard a couple feet down just based on sound and feel and successfully snaked the drain from the yard. The other plumber we tried had used jets and couldn’t clear the clog (and wanted to charge us 5-6k to excavate and replace pipe). These guys did it for under $500.“
