“Well I learned a valuable lesson today: call a drain specialist when you have a sewer line problem, not a big plumbing outfit. Hancock is going to be my first call if I’m ever unlucky enough to experience another sewer issue. They were able to come out the same day I called (sooner than the initial promise of the next morning) and their experience showed. They were able to find an access point in the yard a couple feet down just based on sound and feel and successfully snaked the drain from the yard.
