I am so happy every time I walk in and even happier when I walk out, all the ladies there are so friendly and welcoming. It’s honestly my safe space! Sierra, my amazingly talented senior stylist! She completely transformed me today, I have never felt more confident and beautiful. She explains the process to me what realistic and not and genuinely cares about her clients and their hair health!! “My son and I have been clients of Karie's at Planet Salon in Frankfort for many years! She saw him through his wiggle years and ushered him into his teens. I trust her completely with both of our hair- and I just love my time in her chair. The new location can come with some parking challenges and feel loud, but be mindful of that when booking and you will be OK! The atmosphere is welcoming, the price is very fair. I imagine I'd feel confident with most stylists there, and feel confident the salon would make it right should something go wrong. Everyone is always kind when we visit, and now that my son is going on his own he seems to still have the same experience.“

“I love this place! ? Mr. John is a retired firefighter, and knows who everyone is. He will have your tanning card out on the counter before you even get in the door ? There are regular tanning beds a stand up bed and 3 higher powered beds. I do believe there's a red light bed now. There's all kinds of tanning lotion for sale too. ???❤️? I would recommend this tanning salon to anyone. Oh There is also a hair salon there too!??‍♀️ I haven't gotten to go there yet but I do know someone that does go there quite often and they love the place!!❤️ 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“I have shopped Ulta in Frankfort since it opened. I have never been disappointed with my customer service everyone has always been helpful. If they do makeup application for special events that would be awesome. I know they do hair unsure about makeup. I don't patron any other store now for cosmetics.“

They were kind, patient, and understanding (I had payment problems and as a mom of twins, I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached).
