Stephanie did a great job cutting my hair! Even though the shop was extremely busy, and she was working alone part of the time I was there, she took time with all customers. I did not feel she was rushing anyone through to get to the next customer. I would certainly recommend her!Service: Haircut

Leonardwood location here in Frankfort KY was my go to location for the last 3 years. Last Wednesday stopped in and was informed that closing was at 6pm not 8 pm like the schedule say on the door, or even a posted sign.Was told it's because of an emergency they were closing early then told it was a ti.e change posted in their website. I replied who actually looks at the web page anymore since Great Clips encourages downloading the APP. Both the lady they always cuts my hair and appeared to be the store manager looked at me like I had spiders crawling outta my eyes.Left that location went to Brighton Park and got my hair cut. I'll be going there from now on.
