“Yes, EXCEPT, today, April 17, 2025, is the second time I’ve wasted a 27 mile trip because somehow my appointment for 1000 cleaning got canceled; IN SPITE that I received a confirming email a few days ago AND again this morning at 0911! They were using a brand-new software system and were very apologetic for any minor delays, making sure I was comfortable as they worked out the kinks. I appreciated seeing the personal photos, which added a personal touch to the office's rich history. It's clear that the hygienist has been dedicated to this practice and the provider for decades.
