“The services are good but the communication and timeliness could use some work. I went for routine cleanings twice a year for about the past five years. The last couple cleanings I had to wait 20-30 minutes past my scheduled time to be taken back. My most recent appointment had to be cancelled because they informed me they don't take my insurance less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. They did still offer to keep the appointment, but I would have had to pay over $200 for the routine cleaning.
Edit: I stand by my frustrations regarding the wait and updated insurance acceptance communication. However, the office made it very easy to transfer my records to a new dentist and did provide good care when I was in the chair.”
