Facilities were amazing, Alyssa was amazing. She walked me through every step. If I had a question she always found me the answer. She never made me feel rushed in any part of the process. Even after the funeral she still reached out to see if there was anything else that she could do for me.
Heather was fabulous she made difficult decisions calming and at ease. My family have used your funeral home for over 30 years i would highly recommend to anyone to pre arrange what we all are going to go through one time. Thank you Bonnie Koch
I cannot thank the team at Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home enough for the care and support they provided while taking care of my brother Chad this past week. Coping with such heartbreaking loss is overwhelming on its own, let alone having to manage all the details and planning.
The staff at the Mount Washington location were incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate throughout the entire process. They truly felt like an extension of our family during one of the most difficult times of our lives.
