I cannot thank the team at Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home enough for the care and support they provided while taking care of my brother Chad this past week. Coping with such heartbreaking loss is overwhelming on its own, let alone having to manage all the details and planning.
The staff at the Mount Washington location were incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate throughout the entire process. They truly felt like an extension of our family during one of the most difficult times of our lives.

I live in PA but worked with S, U & B following the loss of my sister. They were so pleasant and prompt and helpful on many fronts. A special ‘thank you’ to Tonya for her many efforts on our behalf.
Vicki was wonderful and really did take care of everything. The facility was comfortable and accommodated everyone that came through to pay their respects to my mother. From start to finish Vicki handled it all and I could not be more pleased with how it all turned out. Everything was a beautiful tribute and I will be forever grateful to all the good people that took care of my mother with respect to the very last second of the day. She looked beautiful and my family is very pleased. Thank you all so much for your genuine caring and dedication to what you do.
