I've been struggling with inflammation, leg circulation Etc.. for 2 years. I started the foot detoxes and redlight therapy 10 weeks ago and the results have been amazing. Saunie Poole is very down to earth with a beautiful mindset/outlook when it comes to bettering yourself. A very intriguing holistic take on your body and how it really works. We come from the earth so why not use the earth to help us in this life journey. I purchase the foot detox( first time but won’t be the last). Halfway through the session I could feel the detox working, and she told me I would sleep like a baby, I definitely did!!!! And I been feeling great since, along with eating right and exercising.
