A friend of mine hired New Horizon to fix his pond from leaking cost him $5000 dollars. Mind you this person that hired them is a elderly man with limited resources. Long story short they never fixed the problem pond still won't hold water. New Horizons was called about this an he was told they would come back out for $5000. No he paid to have it fix they didn't fix it!

We came back to New Horizon for a large pond project because Mike, Melanie and all of the team had earned our trust. They run a professional operation, and the team works to ensure you get a quality job with attention to detail. And what also caught my attention in discussions with the team on the job, they all enjoy working in the culture that Mike and Melanie have established at the company.
