I went in on a Monday at 6pm had 3 separate people work on my nails (acrylic tips and a basic color) and was there for 2+hrs. I left at dark and soon realized the acrylics were not even glued down to my natural nails and some of my cuticles were flooded. I called that night and they said to come back on Wednesday to get them fixed. When I arrived I told them I would just like my money back and would soak them off else where. They then told me they do not give your money back but would only fix them. I let them try again so I didn’t let my money go to waste only to get my fingers cut up multiple times and still have a crooked nail after I asked for it to be straightened. Needless to say I walked out without my nails not finished & wont be going back. Thankfully luxe nails were open to clean them up and paint them for me !

New to the area and have been there twice. The first time with my daughter who has tiny hands and nail. They did an excellent job which is really hard with her nail beds so tiny. My nails looked awful and they did a wonderful job shaping and gel on my real nail. I’ve been back since! Pricing affordable! Found my nail salon

Was not impressed. There aren't any signs anywhere for prices. The lady that did my nails did not even cut my cuticles or even clean the overspray off of them. I wanted a dark black ombre, it's more smoky gray. I showed my nail inspo to her and was never told a price to do it either. This was $80. Bubbles all over the gel top coat. Weird random lines in several nails from airbrushing. Two fingernails are crooked... Needless to say I will get my fill done elsewhere.

First and LAST time at this salon. Seemed like Zero lack of effort and honestly the WORST experience at a nail salon in my entire life. Crooked nails, uneven filing, not to mention the tech burnt me 4 times with the filing dermal and made me bleed. Completely unacceptable just trying to warn others before they make the same mistake I did.

Paid $93.00 before tip for a pedicure and manicure. Only gel coat nail polish on natural nails. No cutting of my nails, only the slightest bit of shaping/ filing. I think that's a little outrageous. No designs, one color. Is that normal?!?!!

Hours begin at 10am. I showed up at noon to get a pedicure. Handwritten sign on the door saying that they open at 1pm today. I showed up at 1:10pm and had to wait 2 hours to get a pedicure. Service was good but I was not told how long the wait would be…even when I asked. They took me back to the pedicure chair and I waited there for 1.5 hours.
