I haven’t gotten my nails done in a very long time and I chose to go to this place since I was out in the area. I will never again come here! I’m pretty sure the lady that did my toes and nails is the owner and so is her husband , who did the design on my nails. Both my toes and my nails looks like a four year-old did them. When I told him I didn’t like the design twice, he threw his brush! Very unprofessional, especially as an owner!! I went to my old nail shop an hour later and had them completely redo it!

Asked for “short ballerina” nails in first pic, and this is what I got in second pic. While staff were exceptionally kind and professional and did everything I asked. I did not like the look. I have small skinny nails, these are fat. Perhaps if they were filed slimmer… I don’t know. I would still go here for gels or short nails because of the staff. Not sure I will try longer nails.

Brought my newly 3 year old in to get her toes done and the lady was super sweet and patient with her! Everyone we saw (my mom, my toddler, myself) was super nice! Walked in on a Sunday without an appointment and got seen quickly! Our nails looked great!

Went in for a pedicure, front put me in a chair and didn’t tell me how long the wait would be. Didn’t communicate at all. Waited 40 minutes without communication from anyone. My first time there the tech rolled her eyes at me because I didn’t know about the place. We proceeded to the pedicure, and in 30 years of having service, this was the worst experience in my life. Charged 52.00 and didn’t offer info like other places, nor the kind of pedicure treatment offered. Will never go back, and will continue to post the worst experience I’ve ever had!

Kenna does my pedicures and she is wonderful! She listens to my needs and is always thoughtful in regards to my sensitivities. You can’t go wrong with Kenna!

I took my mom here to get her nails done for Mother's Day. To say she loved it was an understatement. It's a simple environment with nothing too flashy going on, but everyone was very friendly and professional. Dung was her tech, and she said he had a pretty gentle hand during the process. That matters to her because she has arthritis. Overall I would recommend this salon to anyone in the area.

I have been 3 times recently and 2 of the 3 times have been a bad experience. One of the girls doing my nails filed my nails and they weren't even straight and then today, people were being called in front of me, despite the fact that I signed in period the woman wasn't even looking at the Sinai in sheet. She was just seating people period I will not return
