Karem Dental & Aesthetics has a calming and welcoming atmosphere, making patients feel at ease and comfortable. The staff are kind, gentle, and caring, with a genuine interest in patients' dental health. The office, located in downtown Shelbyville, is beautiful and well-equipped with heated massaging chairs. Patients praise Dr. Karem's pleasant demeanor and willingness to listen and answer questions. The staff's patience, kindness, and attentiveness make them stand out. They are so knowledgeable and made a point to explain the reasoning and importance behind their work, absolutely gaining patient trust without being pushy. Patients feel lucky to be a client and view it as the best decision, offering high recommendations to any and everyone.
I am terrified of the dentist and have been my entire life. The staff at Karem Dental made me feel so calm and at ease. Kristen is sweet, gentle and honestly one of the best humans I’ve ever met! So glad I found this place! I will never go anywhere else!
Such a beautiful waiting room! State of the art equipment and such a warm caring staff. & Dr. Karem was wonderful! You can tell she’s extremely knowledgeable in her field and she explained everything so well. We love her family plan as far as routine exams, X-rays, & cleanings. Highly recommend!
Dr. Grace Karem is such a fantastic woman with the most empathetic and loving demeanor. I have seen her work, and have had work done on my children and personally by her, from routine cleanings to restoration! I am so sad I can’t keep her in Tennessee for myself and family, but so happy she is home serving her community and doing what she loves!
