We have had Ferrels come out about three times. And each time they have, they’ve been amazing! I can’t recall everyone’s names but they’ve been very helpful! We had a whole new ac replaced. Came on the hottest day. Another time is, our ac thermostat was outdated and we had to get that replaced. Lastly, (hopefully) we had issues with our “very outdated” furnace not blowing out the air. Each time they’ve been able to help us. We’re very thankful for this company! And it’s not far down the road from us. :)
