I’ve taken Phoenix to Shelby Veterinary Clinic twice now, and both experiences have been wonderful. Everyone there has been incredibly kind, personable, and compassionate. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they’re treating.
During her most recent visit, Phoenix received three shots, including her first rabies vaccine, as well as a dewormer. They gave her a treat while they were giving her the shots and did everything they could to keep her comfortable. We had to have our cat put to sleep at only 10 months old. The compassion that the vet showed during the process was absolutly wonderful. I can't remember his name but our cat was Marvin. 100% would recommend this vet to anyone.
I have been coming to Shelby Veterinary Clinic with my dogs for the last 10 years. There is no other place I want to take them. Their doctors are top of the field, the Vet techs are amazing and loving to my babies and the office staff is efficenct and amazing. The entire group is wonderful and treats my fur babies with gentleness and love!
