I've used Modern Air at two different homes now and Steve has always been on time and makes the repairs/maintenance in a quality manor. Pricing is fair and they keep a good inventory of parts on-hand so most things as complete in a single visit. Highly recommend.Services: Repair HVAC

Always great service. I called for a leaking AC and Steve arrived ASAP. Installed a new unit and even put in another duct to help cool our upstairs better. Appreciated his going the extra mile.Services: HVAC system maintenance

Our unit did well for several years and then got a hole in a coil because of a defective part. We thought it would be an easy fix with a new coil, but after the coil was ordered we were told that, in spite of a 12 year warranty on parts, we would have to pay over $700 for labor and a freon fill (wouldn't freon be a part since it's not labor?) whereas, if we had gotten a whole new replacement unit it would be considerably less. We cancelled the coil and ordered a new unit. That was the first part of March and we are still waiting with NO heat or air.
