I didn’t have to use these guys to fix my air conditioner, but I stopped into their office because they have a sheet metal shop and I needed some metal built.. I don’t remember the gentleman that I spoke to, but he ended up giving me some material that doesn’t cost a lot of money, but was invaluable to me. It was a very kind thing to do, and he didn’t have to do it Thank you, guys
If I ever need HVAC, Work, definitely would consider hiring these guys.
A/C was not cooling and the house got up to 90 degrees. Could not reach one company, another company wanted $250 just to come out. Called Thornton at 9 PM last night 8/12, they called me back at 7 AM today 8/13. Technician called that he was on his way at 10:17 and he diagnosed my issue, happened to have the part in his truck and had my unit fixed by 11:00. I didn’t have the full amount until after my next serving shift and he said just bring it by tomorrow when you can. Worth every single penny and they have a customer for life.
Awesome people. They try hard to be there as soon as possible. Have uses them many times and pretty prompt.
