I called them yesterday morning requesting service and they had someone sent out within 24 hours. Super nice and wonderful customer service. Very pleased with the service we received!!!
Called them at 9:30 am and explained that my heating unit wasn't working and needed someone to come out and look at it. Within 30 minutes, there was a technician at my house and my unit was repaired and working again all within 2 1/2 hours from my initial phone call. The technician was friendly and very professional, thanks Francisco for getting it back up and running again so quickly!!! Will definitely recommend your service and call you again myself if I need any HVAC work done.
These guys were the only company in Murray that were accepting new customers and answered the phone within the first ring. They got out to my house to fix my AC within a couple of hours. Very grateful to these guys for fixing the problem quickly and efficiently!
