I won’t let anyone touch my hair and I felt completely comfortable. She worked around my five earrings in each ear (I should have took them out!) like it was nothing and combed my hair softly. I will be back and referring others here. The price was also extremely fair which is rare for women’s haircuts, especially the one I got. “I’ve always had a good experience here and the girls are so sweet but yesterday was different. I was going in for a spray tan, I was getting checked in they were training a girl, she was very sweet and helping me but she got confused and needed some help. I patiently waited when a girl swooped in not realizing my needs. she explained that my account was frozen and I needed to upgrade my membership. I was so confused because I was getting a spray tan so I said “Ok.. i’m confused” and she replied with “You’re confused?!?” I was honestly giggling internally at that point because the situation was just a miscommunication but I couldn’t help but feel a little sad that she was rude. When I got to my spray tan room the towel on the ground also had someone else’s orange feet prints on it lol ?? I hope they have better day tomorrow!!“
