This is my first treatment using URBANEX. My technician- Quintin did a great job talking me thru the process and explaining the application on my first general pest and rodent control application. He is very polite, and professional and was able to answer any question I had regarding my service. 5 star rating on today’s service. Thanks Quintin.
Almir went above and beyond his duties. I asked for him to put granules over my entire yard as its covered in ants. He did not hesitate! What integrity and devotion to customer satisfaction! He deserves a raise! I left him a big tip! Urbanex, thank you for hiring such a fine young man!
Tim arrived as expected and he did an excellent job. Not only did he do what I asked of him, but he also went beyond once he saw a problem areas. I would have to come back every time.
