I haven't been happy w/Aptive last couple times they came. I still had carpenter ants etc after they sprayed. But today Julian explained that they make nests & he probably found the tree that had nest he sprayed & laid down pellets that they will carry back to nest. He was very knowledgeable & listened to my problem & actually took care of them

The gentleman sprayed the yard with chemical to kill pests that moles eat as we have a problem for awhile with this problem. He was courteous and took the time to explain procedures.
Matt did a very nice job. He asked me what I wanted to focus on and did the work and sent me pictures as well as some advice for sealing my home. I appreciated if very prompt and courteous communication!
