Sales rep was very professional. I generally hate solicitors coming up to my door but he was very polite and was not pushy at all. 2 days later I had my tech come out and he did my backyard and around my house for mosquitos. I’m really hoping that the service he did will cull the horde of vampires that swarm me and my family as soon as we walk into our backyard. I will update later if the treatment was effective. So far though I’ve enjoyed the experience.
My Home agreement, home inspection and treatment process went very well. The technician was very well informed and answered all questions that my husband and I had. The process went smoothly. The technician was very professional and straightforward. My husband has stated that he would appreciate only having the one technician coming out to service our home, as he is 10 years My senior in age I too would only like the one Technician to come to our home. She was respectful, timely and efficient. When the people come here to spray the outside, they typically send me pictures of what they sprayed. This time, I received no pictures; However, I was not able to let them treat the inside of my house because I was not available. I called the company and they are coming out a second time to ensure that my house is treated properly. This is a fabulous company that I’ve never had an issue with. Great company, great prize and I would recommend it to anyone.
