Rodney is on a different level! Each person from aptive has been good. But today we had unique questions / issues with our home and he confidently took care of it with zero hesitation. He was efficient with his time but also made sure to be thorough in his communication with me and gave us great pictures to reference afterwards. 5 stars ?

The young man had such a great energy and seemed to be very into the job. I appreciate that! We have never had a concern. I know there are probably cheaper companies but I like the service quarterly. Thank You
