After experiencing a pest-free evening at a friends’ back patio who’d just recently started with Mint, I couldn’t wait to try their services. Today was our first treatment by Alex. He was very polite, explained the treatment we were getting and didn’t over-“pest”er me to add anything new. Appreciate his professionalism and thorough, quick work!
We’ve had such a great experience with Frank at Mint Pest Control! He is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. He takes his time, pays attention to everything, and is always great about explaining what he finds and what he’s doing. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about doing a great job rather than just rushing through the service. He’s professional, friendly, dependable, and always goes above and beyond. Frank is definitely an asset to Mint, and we highly recommend him!
Jared did a wonderful job on both the termite treatment and routine pest control treatment. He also took the time to make sure I understood how the maintenance moving forward would work. Overall a job well done.
