My experience was wonderful! Dr. Shabbir is a kind doctor who listen to the patient with humility. She explained all my questions and/or concerns with compassion and knowledge which helped me to better understand what to do moving forward.

The medication that she prescribed has been very successful so far with treating my symptoms. The symptoms has gotten better since I started the medication. I'm so grateful that she prescribed medication. I don't believe I would be feeling better without the medication to treat my condition.

I highly recommend this facility and will come back, when needed.

I have gone to this urgent care center numerous times during my 4 years in Louisville. It is close by where I live and is always a convenient stop if needed. Their check-system is always efficient and prompt. I have never had to wait over 15 minutes to go back into a room, but typically it’s 5-10. All staff are friendly, compassionate, helpful, and reliable. Whether you need help with issues like yeast infections/UTIs, respiratory infections, back pain, rashes, or even sudden facial paralysis/twitching - you can count on UofL Urgent Care+ on Hurstborne to help however they can. I will miss having such a wonderful health resource nearby whenever I move.
