Based on the reviews, Baptist Health Urgent Care - Breckenridge provides an absolutely wonderful experience with kindness and professionalism. The staff, including nurses, doctors, and front desk personnel, are outstanding, friendly, comforting, and genuinely caring. They are efficient and courteous, taking the time to make patients feel comfortable and well taken care of every step of the way. Patients were in and out in a timely manner, with one noting a flu shot that did not even hurt and another appreciating a soft touch for a Covid test. The staff were helpful and fast for outpatient xrays, making it much better than going to the hospital. The doctors were nice, to the point, and caring. The facility also has an OBGYN practice on the 4th floor with a wonderful doctor and nurse. The only noted issue is that, as with all new buildings, there is not enough parking. Overall, the level of care and professionalism is exceptional.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Baptist Health Surgery Center Breckenridge. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. Every single nurse I encountered was outstanding—so friendly, comforting, and genuinely caring. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and reassuring.

I really loved the doctors and nurses here. The nurse today working was exceptionally good at her job. I had to receive a Covid test, and barely even felt the swab!! I have had it hurt my nose very badly before, so she truly has a soft touch and I appreciated it very much. The Doctor was also very polite. He was to the point, caring, and just was an overall very good experience. Also, loved the person at the front desk. Literally everybody at this location was so nice, helped me, and got me in and out promptly. Will definitely be saving this location for the next time I need urgent help! Thank you Baptist health!
In and out for an ear issue. Staff was efficient and courteous, The NPR who I saw was great, Flu shot did not even hurt. As with all new buildings, not enough parking unfortunately.
