Went for a knee problem staff very friendly nurse practitioner was very professional and in depth but haven't heard back about X-ray or gotten a call about my osteo appointment game me a toradol shot and steroids neither one at this point are making a difference in my knee pain still can't bare weight for extended period of times
Everyone at UofL Health - Urgent Care are kind, knowledge and treat everyone with respect.
All of my visits to this location, whether for myself or my grandchildren, have been wonderful.
They are also very quick with the service. Even with a lab test required, I was in and out in less than an hour.
Staff was courteous & helpful & behaved with class. Provider was friendly & knowledgeable. She treated me well & gave me the help I needed. Only complaint is that the bathroom wasn't clean.
