It’s something new and different so they did a follow up text the following day to make sure I liked it. Who does that? Joseph’s does. While I liked the color there were a few changes that needed to be made to make it exactly what I had sought out. That follow up text allowed me to express, and Josephs to correct, something I wasn’t happy with. Not that I couldn’t have called on my own, but they made me feel valid in my concerns and more than willing and wantIng to correct it!
