“One of the many reasons I love Joseph’s!!! I recently got my hair colored and did an express color, so left with it wet. It’s something new and different so they did a follow up text the following day to make sure I liked it. Who does that? Joseph’s does. While I liked the color there were a few changes that needed to be made to make it exactly what I had sought out. That follow up text allowed me to express, and Josephs to correct, something I wasn’t happy with.
