It’s our pleasure to share this review of SAM THE CONCRETE MAN, Louisville, KY! FIREPIT & HOT TUB CONCRETE PAD After much searching, contacting, no response, and no shows from both friend’s recommendations and WEB searches, we found Sam the Concrete Man by luck after reading the reviews on YELP! We visited their website, completed an initial inquiry, and Joe called within the hour! (Of course, you are a little suspicious when someone responds too quickly, too.) After speaking with Joe and sharing our small backyard renovation, he scheduled a visit to discuss in person and provide a free quote. He came by the next day, provided his suggestions (what was needed for the firepit), and we had a quote later that day. Amazing on all ends, especially because the quote was so reasonable for what we had searched as the “going- rate” for this type of project. We scheduled his Crew to complete the job, and they arrived on the scheduled day and time, and it was a large crew for what seemed a small job. His Lead – Pedro – spoke with us prior to starting and shared all the steps. As they worked, he kept us updated on the progress and asked our input on the project. By the end of the day, we had this amazing new concrete firepit and hot tub pad. Understanding the value of working with local owner/operators and a franchise brand that provides great customer service, exceptional product for a great value, you do not need to search the WEB any further!
