The Chenoweth Lane site is The Best. Absolutely Everyone Brings it with Customer Service Supreme. Always polite with a friendly greeting and smile How are you today and what can we do for you is the attitude in words and deed. My daughter lives an hour from Louisville and sends All her cleaning need to this site with me on my visits. Just love the quality of cleaning and the service!!!
My ladies hat was thoroughly cleaned and returned in a box, so it retained its shape. Nice touch. My white shirt was returned to the cleaner, but the manager, Tim ,noticed some lint all over it and returned the shirt for better processing. Observation was good.
I thought you all closed at 3 on Saturday, but it’s 2. I got there at 2:05 and the woman working let me in anyway to get my clothes. I really appreciated her kindness! My work schedule makes it hard for me to pick up my dry cleaning, since we’re open the same hours as your store, so I was really thankful that she let me get my clothes! Thank you!
