Dropped of some hiking sandles that the strap was coming off. They also found a other spot that needed patched/stiched. Explained to me the stitching would not match the shoe perfectly which I was fine with. Came back a week later and they were not ready, but they told me to come back by the end of the day and they were ready to go! Highly recommend
